Dr. V. Arumugham had a very humble beginning from a remote village Periya Kallipattu in Panruti Taluk of Cuddalore district. They were tradionally farmers.He completed his Masters Degree M.Tech . from Pondicherry Engineering College , Pondicherry during 1995-96. He has received his doctorate ( Ph.D ) from Anna University in 2003.
He has attended many national and international level technical symposiums and workshops. He has submitted a good number of technical papers in leading journals. He has given numerous expert lectures in various forums and colleges.
